Section 229: Saving clause as to legality of execution.
RepealedTHE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACTS, 1965, Sierra Leone
The omission to comply with any provision of this Part shall not make the execution of judgment of death illegalin any case where such execution would otherwise have been legal.
