Section 240: Limitation of imprisonment.
RepealedTHE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACTS, 1965, Sierra Leone
No commitment for non-payment shall be for a longer period than six months, except where the law underwhich the conviction has taken place enjoins or allows a longer period.
