Section 242, THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACTS, 1965

All warrants to enforce the payment of money due in respect of fines, penalties and forfeited recognizances shallbe sufficiently addressed for execution by being directed in the Western Area to the Sheriff, and in the Provinces to the Sheriff of the Province or the Deputy Sheriff of a district.
