Section 244, THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACTS, 1965

Warrants to be enforced outside the jurisdiction of the Court by which they were issued shall be forwarded to theauthority prescribed in section 243, and be enforced and returned in like manner as if they had been issued out of the Court having jurisdiction within the district where such warrant is to be endorsed, and the proceeds of such enforcement shall be forwarded to the Court out of which such warrant was originally issued.
