Section 28: Removal and bail.

When a warrant of arrest is executed outside the local limits of the jurisdiction of the Court issuing the warrant, the person arrested shall, unless the Court which issued the warrant is within twenty miles of the place of arrest or is nearer than the Court within whose jurisdiction the arrest was made, be taken before such last-mentioned Court which shall deal with him in the same way as if brought before it under section 37. Court may direct security to be taken. Form 4 in Schedule II.
