Section 99: Hearing may be adjourned.
RepealedTHE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACTS, 1965, Sierra Leone
(1) At any time during the hearing of the change the Court may, if it thinks fit, adjourn the hearing.(2) An adjournment ordered for any reason shall be made to a certain time and place appointed, and stated at the time
of adjournment in the presence and hearing of the parties.
