Section 1, The Local Courts (Amendment) Act, 1965

4 of Act 20 of 1963. Section 4 of the Local Courts Act is hereby amended as follows—a) by the insertion immediately after the word “Vice-President” in line 2 of subsection (1) thereof of the words “or Vice-Presidents where he considers it necessary to appoint more than one”; and b) by the insertion immediately after the word “of” in the third line of subsection (3) thereof of the words “not more than”.
