Section 1: Short title and commencement.

This Act may be cited as the Non-Citizens (Registration, Immigration and Expulsion) Act, 1965, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1965: Provided that in so far as this Act re-enacts without substantial modification any provision or any enactment repealed by this Act such provision shall be deemed to have come into operation on the date on which it was originally enacted.
