Section 37: Penalty for contravention of Expulsion Order.

If any non-citizen in whose case an Expulsion Order has been made is at any
time found within the limits of Sierra Leone in contravention of the Order, he
shall on summary conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not
exceeding three years.
