Section 9: Non-citizens to furnish true statements of particulars.

It shall be the duty of every registrable Lodger accommodated at a lodging
house to furnish true statements of the particulars required by this Act, and
the lodging-house keeper may require any registrable lodger to whom he has
afforded accommodation to sing a statement verifying the truth of the
particulars so furnished.
