A proprietor who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions in section 2A shall be guilty of an offence, and on conviction thereof shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand leones or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding one year, or to both such fine and imprisonment.".
