Section 4: It shall be the duty of the Board—

(a) to advise on the promotion and development of the Tourist Industry in Sierra Leone; (b) to keep under review the standards of Hotels, Night Clubs and Restaurants and to advise the Minister on the improvement and development of Hotels, Night Clubs and Restaurants and on any other matters which may be referred to it by the Minister; (c) to look into complaints of, or against Hotel, Night Club and Restaurant proprietors and any other complaints concerning this Act directed to it and to make recommendations thereon to the Minister of Tourism and Cultural Affairs.
