Section 40, The Public-Private Partnership Act, 2010

(1) Following the end of each financial year, the Directorshall, as soon as possible but not later than three months after the end of each financial year, submit to the Council a report of the activities, operations, undertakings, properties and finances of the Unit for that year, including the Auditor-General’s report. (2) The Minister shall lay a copy of the report referred to in subsection (1) before Parliament within thirty days of receipt of the report. PART VI–CONTRACTING AUTHORITIES
