Section 55, The Public-Private Partnership Act, 2010

(1) A contracting authority shall establish an evaluationcommittee to evaluate each proposal in accordance with the evaluation criteria, the relative weight accorded to each such proposal criterion and the evaluation process set out in the Request for Proposals. (2) An evaluation committee shall include a representative of the Unit. (3) For the purposes of subsection (1), a contracting authority may establish thresholds with respect to minimum acceptable technical and financial offers.
