Section 57, The Public-Private Partnership Act, 2010

(1) A contracting authority may require any bidder thathas been pre-selected to reconfirm its qualifications in accordance
with the same criteria used for pre-selection.
(2) A contracting authority shall disqualify any bidder
that fails to reconfirm its qualifications if requested to do so.
