(1) Except for a contract awarded under paragraph (c) ofsection 60, a contracting authority shall cause a notice of the contract
award to be published in the prescribed manner.
(2) A notice issued under subsection (2) shall identify
the private partner and include a summary of the essential terms of
the agreement.
