Section 73, The Public-Private Partnership Act, 2010

(1) Where an agreement was entered into before thecommencement of this Act, and that agreement or arrangement would have been a public-private partnership transaction if this Act was in operation on such date, then the agreement shall have effect as if this Act was in operation when the agreement or arrangement was entered into, and shall be deemed to have complied with this Act. (2) A public-private partnership transaction entered into after the commencement of this Act shall comply with this Act.
