Section 11, The Road Maintenance Fund Administration Act, 2010.

(1) The Board shall, on the recommendation of the Chief Executive Officer and on terms and conditions it may determine, appoint other staff to discharge the functions of the Administration. (2) Public officers may be seconded or otherwise give assistance to the Administration. (3) The Board may engage the services of consultants or advisers as it considers necessary for the performance of the functions of the Administration. Disclosure of interest. Committees of Board.
