Section 18A, The Sierra Leone Roads Authority (Amendment) Act, 2010

(1) The Authority shall have a Deputy Director-Generalwho shall be an engineer and who shall be appointed by the President on the recommendation of the Minister and subject to approval by Parliament, on the terms and conditions determined by the President on the recommendation of the Minister. (2) The Deputy Director-General shall assist the Director- General in the performance of the Director-General’s duties and act when the Director-General is absent. 8 9 General functions of Board.
