The Minister shall authorise the Standards Bureau toprocure or cause to be prepared and maintained, as he thinks fit,
secondary standards of mass and measure consisting of all the
weights and measures set out in the Second Schedule, and shall
cause such secondary standards to be verified from the Sierra Leonean
primary standards.
