Section 24, Local Courts Act, 1963

The Court may of its own motion or on the application of any party to a proceedings make such order for the inspection by the Court, the parties or witnesses of any land or property the inspection of which may be material to the proper determination of any question at issue and may give such directions in respect of such inspection as the Court may think fit.
