Section 4, NPRC DECREE N0.10 1992

The Accountant-General is hereby authorised and required from time to time upon the Warrant or Order of the Minister of Finance, Development and Economic Planning to pay out of the Consolidated Fun 1 for the several services specified in the Schedule the sum of forty-eight billion, nine hundred and forty-five million, four hundred and sixty-three thousand, four hundred and thirty-one leones which shall come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, 1993.
