(1) This Act shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 1992. [Margin: Commencement and Application.] 44 No. 6 *Surtax (Temporary Imposition)* 1992
(2) The provisions of this Act shall apply to tax charged or chargeable for the year of assessment commencing on 1st April, 1992 and to each succeeding year of assessment.
