Section 16, The Allied Health Professions Act, 2022

(1) The Council shall have in addition to the Registrar and Deputy Registrar, a secretariat comprising a Finance Officer, Administrative Officer and such other staff as may be required for the efficient performance of the functions of the Council. (2) The other staff of the Council shall be appointed by the Council and shall hold office on such terms and conditions as the Council may determine.
