Description of the investment. A detailed, specific description of the investmentthat will be built within the land leased, including how the land will be used, what infrastructure will be built to support the investment, what will be produced, and how the goods produced will be transported out of the community. This section shall also include the process the investor must follow to seek community permission to build additional infrastructure not expressly described in the contract.
