Section 3, The Environment Protection Agency Act, 2022

(1) The governing body of the Agency shall be a Boardin which shall be vested, subject to this Act, the control and supervision of the Agency. (2) The Board shall consist of an Executive Chairman, who shall be a head of the Agency and is a person who has considerable knowledge and experience in environmental matters, and the following other members - Continuation Protection Board of No. 15 The Environment Protection Agency Act 2022 No. 15 The Environment Protection Agency Act 2022 (3) The Executive Chairman and other members referred to in paragraph (c) and (d) of subsection (2), shall be appointed by the President on the recommendation of the Minister subject to the approval of Parliament.
