Section 54, The Environment Protection Agency Act, 2022

(1) A person shall have freedom of access to informationsubmitted to the Agency relating to the implementation of this Act
concerning the management of the environment.
(2) A person who wishes to obtain information under
subsection (1) shall make an application to the Agency for that
purpose and the Agency shall grant him access to the information
on such terms and conditions as may be appropriate in the
circumstances.
