Section 62: Where the holder of a licence or permit issued under this

Act or regulations made under it, is convicted of an offence under
this Act, the conviction shall, unless the Court otherwise directs for
reasons to be recorded in writing have the effect of cancelling the
licence or permit with effect from the date of conviction.
