Section 30, The Finance Act, 2022

Section 30 of the Extractive Industries Revenue Act 2018 isamended by repealing and replacing subsection (1) with the following new sub-section– "(1)A holder of a petroleum licence that has accumulated net receipts for a year of assessment from production activities of a separate petroleum operation shall pay petroleum resource rent tax"
