Section 10, The National Communications Authority Act, 2022

(1)No action or other proceeding shall lie or be institutedagainst any member of the Board for or in respect of any act done in good faith in the exercise of his functions under this Act. (2) No member of the Board shall be personally liable for any debt or obligation of the Authority emanating from transactions expressly done in good faith in the exercise of his functions under this Act.
