(1) The Authority shall issue rules determining theapplicable-
(a) initial fees payable for filing individual
assignment application forms; and
(b) annual assignment fees.
(2) The assignment fees shall reflect the actual
administrative costs involved for the Authority and shall be reviewed
by the Authority from time to time.
