Section 15, The National Communications Authority Act, 2022

The Authority shall be open and transparent in itsoperations and in this regard shall undertake the following - (a) inform the public through the print or electronic media of national circulation of any publication made under this Act within four weeks of the publication in the Gazette and the Authority’s website; (b) publish on its website any approved report.
