Section 192, The National Communications Authority Act, 2022

Any consumer of communications services and products,any recognised consumer organisation, or any aggrieved entity may initiate court action against any licensee for offences against genuine grievances committed against them, provided that the consumer or consumer organisation has previously filed a complaint with the Authority, and is not satisfied with the decision of the Authority.
