Section 25, The National Communications Authority Act, 2022

(1) The Authority shall within 3 months after the end ofeach financial year submit to the Minister for approval an annual report of the activities, undertakings, properties and finances of the Authority for that year. (2) An annual report shall include a copy of the audited accounts of the Authority together with the audit report. (3) Not later than 3 months after the year to which the report relates, the Minister shall lay the approved report before Parliament. PART VI-FUNCTIONS OF THE MINISTER
