Section 38, The National Communications Authority Act, 2022

(1) The Authority shall be responsible for issuing anddetermining the types of services under this Act that require – (a) declaration; (b) authorization or (c) licences (2) The Authority shall issue the following forms of licence- (a) individual licence; (b) class licence; (c) unified licence; and (d) any other form (3) Where a frequency spectrum is required the applicant shall comply with the requirement of an application for a frequency spectrum licence stipulated under this Act or regulations made under this Act.
