Section 44, The National Communications Authority Act, 2022

(1) Where a licensee wishes to renew his licence he shallsubmit to the Authority an application for renewal in the prescribed form 6 months before the expiration of the current licence. (2) The Authority may renew a licence on the following grounds- (a) the licensee continues to meet the eligibility criteria under this Act; (b) the licensee continues to be financially and technically capable of meeting the licensee’s obligations under this Act, and any other related laws; and (c) the licensee has not, during the term of the licence, repeatedly and considerably breached the provisions of this Act, statutory instruments made under the Act and the terms and conditions of the licence
