Section 65, The National Communications Authority Act, 2022

(1) The Authority shall maintain a register which shall bemade available to the general public for inspection (2) The Authority shall, at least once annually, and every time it grants a licence, update and publish the license register indicating- (a) the names and contact details of all registered licensees; (b) the scope of the services for which the licence is provided; and (c) the applicable licence terms and conditions.
