Section 69, The National Communications Authority Act, 2022

(1) The Authority shall issue a unified licence tosuccessful applicants operating any type of public electronic communications networks; (2) The unified licensee providing the service shall utilize any type of equipment and product that meet the relevant standards set by International standardization bodies recognised by the (3) A unified licensee shall have the right to operate all services detailed under individual and class licences .
