Section 79, The National Communications Authority Act, 2022

(1) A communications services licensee shall providewithout discrimination- (a) emergency service, with priority routing, necessary as stipulated in this Act or in statutory instruments made under this Act and this essential service duty shall only be applicable to voice calls; (b) customer care services, enabling any subscriber to obtain assistance regarding such things as accessing services, setting up calls and remedying faults; and licence fees Standard conditions of (c) other services as may be reasonably determined by the Authority and published in the Gazette and on the website.
