Section 23, The National Revenue Authority Act, 2022

(1) Public officers may at the instance of the Authoritybe seconded or otherwise render assistance to the Authority.
(2) The Authority may request the withdrawal of the
seconded officer who is unable to carry out assigned functions in
the manner satisfactory to the Authority.
