Section 18: Section 15 shall apply to the Deputy Executive Director.

19 . (1) Subject to the approval of the Board the Executive - Director shall create Directorates as is necessary for the efficient discharge of the functions of the Board. (2) Each Directorate shall be headed by a Director. (3) Notwithstanding the generality of subsection (1) there is hereby established the following Directorates- (a) Business Facilitation Directorate; (b) Public Private Partnership Directorate; (c) Investment and Export Promotion Directorate; and (d) Corporate Affairs Directorate
