(1) The Corporate Affairs Directorate shall be responsiblefor administering the Companies Act 2009.
(2) Notwithstanding the generality of subsection (1) the
Corporate Affairs Directorate shall be responsible for the following
-
(a) regulate and supervise the incorporation and registration of
companies; and
(b) perform any other functions as may be
assigned by the Executive Director
