Section 6, The National Investment Board Act, 2022

(1) The Secretary to the Board shall be the Executive Director appointed under section 13. (2) The Secretary to the Board shall perform the following functions- (a) convene Board meetings on the advice of the Chairman; (b) record and distribute minutes of all proceedings of the Board; (c) prepare and distribute agenda for Board meetings; Establishment of Board . Common seal. Board members. Secretary to the Board (d) keep the minutes and other records of the Board; (e) have custody of the seal; and (f) carry out other functions as the Board may assign to him (3) The Secretary to the Board shall not be entitled to vote in any deliberation of the Board.
