(1) The Board may for the discharge of its functionsappoint one or more Committees to perform such functions as the
Board may determine.
(2) Notwithstanding the generality of subsection (1) there
is hereby established a Disciplinary Committee
(3) A Committee shall consist of Members or co-optedmembers or both as the Board may determine.
