Authority Act, is amended by the repeal and replacement of the
definition-
(a) "Minister" with the following new definition-
"Minister" means the Minister
responsible the Environment;
(b) "radiation" with the following new definition-
"radiation" means "ionizing radiation
and non-ionizing radiation.
