Authority Act, 2012 is amended by the repeal and replacement of
subsection (1) with the following new subsection-
" (1) A person who -
(a) willfully obstructs another person in the
exercise of that person's duties under this
Act;
(b) without reasonable excuse, fails to produce
a licence or other document required to be
produced by this Act;
