Section 55: Members of Parliament shall comprise the number of -

(a) Paramount Chief Members of Parliament,
equal to the number of provincial districts,
in accordance with paragraph (a) of
subsection (1) of section 74 of the
Constitution;
(b) Members of Parliament, other than Paramount
Chief Members of Parliament, prescribed by
Parliament; and
