(1) A political party or independent candidate contestingan election may appoint 2 persons as Polling Agents to attend at each polling station within the electoral area, for the purpose of- (a) detecting personation and making representations to the Presiding Officer under paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of section 73 and subsection (1) of section 77; and Conduct of elections by Polling Agents.
