Section 6 of the Finance Act, 2009 is amended inparagraph(a) by repealing and replacing sub-paragraph (v) with the
following new sub-paragraph-
"the imposition of a processing fee of Le100,000 for
the maintenance of the automated system, cost of
e-messaging and amendments on electronic customs
declarations (Single Customs Declaration (SCD) and
manifests".
