Subject to sub-section (4) of section 110 of the Constitutionof Sierra Leone 1991, the Minister responsible for finance shall for
the purpose of section 45 of the Local Government Act 2004 make
regulations by statutory instrument for the implementation of property
tax (rates) in Sierra Leone and for other related matter.
